Can't find selected song/2nd Monitor
 

Sorry but using Vista. Version 3.316 worked fine. Backed up KMA files from external hard drive, then when I searched for a file (name, artist, discID) the box came up and said can't find selected file. Directory letter is still the same "F:/". Rebuilt database/songbase but nothing. Second problem is I lost my ability to send to a second monitor. Have been using 3.316 since I downloaded hoster. Tried update to 4.06, made all the computer changes, hoster came up but still unable to find song/and 2nd monitor still won't work. I am not a computer whiz but I followed the directions and followed the user manual. Should I just delete everything and start from scratch or is it just something I'm overlooking. Thanks

Taken care of search problem...finally found answer on one of the previous threads...took 3 days but finally found it...second monitor is still problem though...

Found all the answers in the threads..Monitor answer was on page 6, third or fourth response...Threads usually have the answers...Just don't get as frustrated as me and quit trying...

what kind of problem are you getting on the monitor?
