Any guess on when the new, then recalled release of Microstudio will be available again??

Version 4.10 will not be released again as there was a major flaw in it. Version 4.20 is in beta testing and will probably be released sometime early next year after Hoster 4.10 is finished and released.
Was 4.10 your first order of Microstudio? If so you should be able to download (free) and use the existing version which is 4.006.

No. v4.06 was my first. Then 4.10 was offered and as you know had many issues. I removed it from my system and installed 4.06a.Will the "new" 4.10 still be available as a free upgrade??

4.10 will not be re-released period. There were too many major bugs in it and MTU decided not to try to fix it because they are changing to a different (newly programmed) sound manager. The next release will be 4.20. Now whether this upgrade will be free or not, I don't know.
