Write Command errors when copying

I just upgraded to the newest version - I'm a registered user. I'm using Windows 2000 and an HP 9500 drive, which plays the karaoke disk and will also copy (the write function of the drive is working using other software programs) - It will read the disk and then start to copy onto a blank and then give me the following error message: "Write" command failed on dvice 1:1:0. Read/Write error or bad medium detected (04h 00h 02h 03h 0ch 08h). So what do you think is causing this? I appreciate your help. I like your products and would like to continue to use them.

Bruce, possible this could be an ASPI driver problem. See the MTU Support post titled "sticky:ASPI driver-how to install it"

Hope this solves your problem. Let us know.

Take care,

George
