Key Control Doesnt Work
 

I have loaded my MICROSTUDIO 4.006a and everything works except for the key control. I dont know why it isnt working please help. I have deleted the MICROSTUDIO and have reinstalled it with it still having the same problem

Vista or XP?
I haven't seen anyone else reporting this and mine works perfect.
What type of files are you playing?

I am running MP3 , CDG . I noticed that if I load the demo which is 4.006 and not 4.006a it works fine. I have this version 4.006 on my PC and it works fine. I just cant get 4.006a to work the Key change. My operating system is window xp pro

Are you talking about Microstudio or Hoster? Microstudio doesn't have a 4.006a. Hoster has a 4.06a. And you did post this in the Hoster Help forum instead of the Microstudio Help forum.

When was the last time you did the Custom updates for XP? You may need to go do it again if it has been a while. I usually check it about once a month.

Yes I see Im in Hoster. My mistake. I never posted here before. Yes Microstudio has a 4.006a which is the latest ver. It doesnt work key control on my laptop. I got to see if I can copy my old version 4.006 that works on my PC.

There was a Hoster 4.06a that was to correct a problem with certain DiskIDs during importing. But I am sorry I sure don't remember any 4.006a for Microstudio. Open it and go to Help/About and see what the version is.

Because he started this in the wrong forum.

I stand corrected, but since the change only involved the following:
I don't think this would effect the Key Controls. He has something else that is wrong. Going back to the 4.006 version isn't going to change that.

Ok, here is what I have found. I know I am in HOSTER and I will post it in the Microstudio what I have found.The Key control in 4.006a doesnt work. I loaded the MICRO DEMO which says it is 4.006 onto the same laptop and that one functions properly. I even went further a had another laptop and I downloaded 4.006a into it and the key control did not work. So my conclusion is that something is wrong with the upgraded software from 4.006 to 4.006a I have in my account page where I downloaded from.
