Where do I find out if I have all the requirements to download the
latest version of hoster. I tried but my screen didn't look the same as
the new screen

Click on the start bar, right click computer & hit properties. What is the processor, memory, etc.
Hard drive size?
Operating system?
All custom updates?

Have you downloaded the demo to see if it runs?

hey dave do you mean computer requirments or hoster upgrade requirments ?

Davie Lee November 30th, 2008 01:35 PM

Hey Beavis

It's been a while. I mean hoster upgrades. The last one I
bought was hoster 4.00 on 2/8/08. I'm glad you are still around
helping out the community.

Davie, if you open the help tag on the menu then select "about" it tells you which version it is there.:)

Beavis & Roy

I have hoster 400, 403, 406, & 3319 setup on my computer
and have started 406 Download then I tried 403 download.
when I go to Help and click on about hoster all that comes on is
the hoster Icon with no version showing. Under help also it
will show my registration code. I hope this helps

If you have 4.06 then you have the latest version. If you bought 4.00 back in Febuary you didn't need to buy another upgrade in July. All upgrades since 4.00 have been free and so far will be free through 4.10 as they are still trying to get everything added they were going to originally.
If it doesn't look the same as what you see on the website, then just install/upgrade with the 4.06 version again to make sure it is correct.

I should delete version 3.319 as it has a major fault. As noted on Hoster forum Announcements.

As i said earlier the version should show up in the "About Hoster" drop down from the help menu. I have attached a screen shot of what you should see. If it is not like this then something must be wrong with your install. Follow Dales Answer.

Is that the Tennessee Ernie Ford or Johnny Cash version of 16 Tons?:g:g

Roy Dennis December 2nd, 2008 04:10 PM

Hi Marklwood
It's the Tennessee Ernie Ford version. I didn't know there was a version by Johnny Cash. If you know the disk ID I might get it as I sing a few Johnny Cash numbers myself.:w

No, I was just teasing you a little. It was on an album I had years ago. When he was still with Mercury Records.
