Hoster Lite 4.5 no Singers List

I can't get the singers list to open at all in hoster lite 4.5. I click the snd button nothing happens. So I went to tools/singers name dis. and enabled the singers list and closed it and still nothing.

Am I missing something?

You need to check to see which version is actually loaded on your computer (Help/About Hoster) because there is no SND Button nor is there a Tools/Singers Name Display in version 4.05.
Are you sure you are not opening the Version 3.4 (filename Hoster34.exe)that is included with 4.05?

It is Hoster 3.4 that came with 4.5.

After you enabled the SND under tools, did you click on the SND button again. You do know you have to double click on it not just a single click?

Yup I clicked the send button after I check "enable". The snd button turns green but not box

ddouglass October 16th, 2008 11:54 PM

What do you mean by "not box"? Are you running this on dual display or single (computer monitor)?

Lol that should have said "No Box"
The screen that on the singers tv.
The singers name box isn't showing up in the main computer window or on the singers screen.

Try this. Open 4.05. Go to Tools/Options and click on Reset Displays. This will reset the displays back to the computer screen and out of hiding as sometimes happens. Close 4.05 and re-open 3.4. The SND should be on the computer screen. Double click to move it back to the secondary screen.

Ok tried that, didn't work. It reset the lyric screen but not the singers list screen.

Try this. Change your display settings to the highest resolution. (right click on empty space on the desktop and hit properties) You should then be able to see all the open windows. Drag it back to a "safe" place and reset your display settings

I am afraid then you are going to have to clear the registry settings then re-open Hoster that will bring both back to the default locations. Go to the MTU website support section. Find the FAQs (left column) for Video Hoster and there is a FAQ Hoster Registry - How to Delete the Registry Keys. This will tell you step by step how to do this.
