I am having a hard time understanding how you got a Virus from Microsoft Service Packs and Updates unless you downloaded them from another location other than Microsoft's web site or downloaded them after you already had the virus.
Anyway you need to submit a Support Email through the Support page on MTU's website to get your code reset. Is this version 4 or a version 3? If it was 3 then yes they do have to reset it, but if it is 4 then it should have already cleared for you. What error message are you getting when you try to re-install?

I was in a hurry and probaly didn't explain it well. I'll try again. I Picked a virus from something else and must of had it on my memory stick, Which I use Between my PC to transfer info. They all went down with the same symptoms so I scanned my Stick and in deed found a virus on it. However When i wiped out systems and reinstalled OS, It worked great until I downloaded Service Pack 2 and then on all PC's the Internet would not Browse. After Pulling my hair out, I got to Looking and reading other peoples Problems On the Internet with same type of problem and Found 3 Virus/trogen in My msconfig. Got rid of them and everything went great. All I was trying to say was I didn't have these until I downloaded SP2. I've been running 4.05. I did summit a support ticket however needed to post here just in case MTU looks here first. I have NO HOSTER, Which means I can't Run a show.

Thanks for the explanation. Wow, that is why everyone should have an anti-virus program on their computers even if you never go on-line with it you can import a virus by other means. With an onboard program they will scan anything new you add like a disk or memory stick and catch the virus before you inadvertantly install it to your computer.
Anyway, what error message are you getting when you try to install? Since you had to re-install and were having trouble with internet connection it may be a security (firewall) issue that is keeping you from installing instead of a locked reg code. Easiest way I have found to fix that is to add MTU.COM to your "Trusted" sites.

Mark, I cleared your record. You hit 100 installs since June 16, 2008, that's averaging 25 moves per month, or about 1 a day. :e

The "auto-remove" feature is not intended to handle constant moving back and forth between multiple computers. This ties up our Registration script and server. We don't have provisions to charge for "overuse", but we can prevent abuse as you have experienced. :f

We have a forced limit at 100 that triggers to show when someone is abusing the feature.

If you need to move this often, you need to buy another copy of Hoster for your 4 computers.

If we are wrong in our assessment of how you are using Hoster, please post here to help us understand.

We do appreciate you as a customer and though we had our security system set up to be transparent to users.

I don't uderstand, How could i ever install hoster 100 times. I only Have 2 Pc's That I run Hoster On and 1 Desktop that I use For everything ELse. so i would have to spend of time Switching Between My Pc's to get to a 100 install in 5 Months. Somethings wrong somewhere. Thanks For your Prompt response. I've been having alot of problems with the new Hoster, If I did't Like The singer's Database so much I would just go back to 3.321 Since that worked Perfect. Thanks Mark

Admin, if you are saying it has been installed on 4 different computers and Mark says he only uses two, then he may have had a key-logger virus that has compromised his reg-code.
