Really tired of all the problems

I had tried to deal with Vista and Hoster 4 but the problems seem to be eternal. MTU fixes something and the next Vista update scrambles everything up. Wow if Vista continues to behave like this MTU should consider to make an Apple version of all their softwares...:e

I feel you Rick,
MTU has felt the same way for months being forced to wrestle with vista instead of working with it.

A few days ago I updated windows on my show machine when I installed 4.05. I took all of the updates it offered, restarted my machine and NO SOUND! :e Thank GOD for system retore. :r

My only consolation using windows is the cost. PC's are more work but much easier on the wallet. :w

MTU is getting Vista tamed, it's just taking longer then they wanted it to. Microsoft usually gets a new operating sytem working well by SP2, we'll see.

Or Linux. Come prebundled with the operating system on a live CD. It would run beautifully on the oldest computer you could find at a yard sale.
