trying to buy the upgrade
 
i was getting ready to buy the upgrade, but when it was time for me to check-out there was 2 items on my cart..4.0 upgrade ($69.)and the v3.321( $39.) what happened to 4.4 and do i need to buy the v3.321 too

No, just remove the v3.321a entry from your cart.

it's not 4.4, but 4.04.

You will now get 4.05 as we just uploaded it for downloading. :w
