replacing hhd
 
a friend of mine who does karaoke shows too wanted me to replace her laptops hhd, ( ran out of space 1.? is left ) since i still don't have the new versions, when i do repaced the hhd and start fresh,( i'm thinking about just cloning the drive, easier that re-installing everything . :)) does she still need to have her reg. re-set ( she has the new version ).

Hey Billy,
I feel the best thing to do with Hoster is get her laptop online and unistall it. It will then be ready to install on the new drive.

I've never had to use a cloned drive but in theroy it should work fine.

If you are going to clone the drive you should be able to run without a problem. If you are going to load from scratch then you will have to either uninstall Hoster (If she is running 4.x) and reinstall after loading new drive or uninstall, request reg reset, then reinstall (if running 3.321 or older).
