Duration field
 

What the duration field is doing on this machine times stays the same as trak plays unless you click on it while its playing then it catches up im sure you caught this Im sure it should count down as it plays.

Since clicking the Duration does nothing, I'm assuming you mean the Time field.

This is normal behavior for that.

what i ment was clicling anywhere on the track that is playing the time will catch up.And im sure it used to count down as song played not just stop till you click on the track to see how mutch time is left on the song. Dont sound normal to me most players do count up or down.

In the playlist: The duration field should countdown. The "Time" field will update only when a track is clicked or there is some kind of change. The show time up by the preview window (which was labeled in 3.4, but has no label in 4.x), will update only when a song is put in skip mode, deleted, added or plays completely to the end. Any song not in skip mode or status as unavailable (if you don't remove already played songs) will be counted in the show time, not just songs located below the song currently playing.

The only time the duration field in the playlist will pause the countdown, is when you've got a k-oke, audio or video tab open or are adding a singer disk track to the playlist.

yes i see it works most of the time have both machines going one works fine the other may have something running slowing things down will check it out. Show laptop is working ok so thats the main thing.
