I purchased this update for, four of my computers and one of them won't work because of the registration number the upgrade code has already upgraded a different code then the one found on the computer
I logged on using the new code of the purchase it still didn't work don't know what I'm doing wrong

ddouglass September 4th, 2008 11:29 PM

Did you buy one or two Upgrade copies or did you buy the 4 computer full version?

Beavis September 5th, 2008 07:10 AM

go to your MTU store account and get the correct reg codes

thomas September 5th, 2008 08:39 AM

I bought two upgrade copies. = 4 upgrades
I went to the mtu site and up graded three computers with no problem i'm only having the problem with the forth one

thomas September 5th, 2008 08:41 AM

I put the code in that I thought was the correct one as I did for the other three

ddouglass September 5th, 2008 09:37 AM

Check the code in the computer now, then go to your account and look down the list for your two upgrade codes. Beside each it will tell which code it is replacing. Find the one for that code on that computer and use the upgrade code it is associated with. You should actually have two computers upgraded with each new code.

I did that but I still keel getting registration number the upgrade code has already upgraded a different regcode then the one found on the computer

ddouglass September 5th, 2008 05:39 PM

Did you try both new reg codes?

thomas September 5th, 2008 06:01 PM

yes i did

Then you need to submit a Support Ticket to get MTU Support to look at it to see what is wrong with it. May be something on their end on the registration server.

thomas September 5th, 2008 06:27 PM

how do i post a ticket

ddouglass September 5th, 2008 06:50 PM

go to support page of MTU web site and scroll down to Support Email. Fill it in with your information and details of the problem, then send it.
