4.03 Key Changer Not Correct

hi there the keychanger in 4.03 is not working correctly. I discovered this last night during my show. My regular singers were complaining that there songs were higher then normal with the key changes they normally sing with.
At first I thought it was there imagination. When i got home i checked this out throughly and discovered that they were correct. when selecting +2 or above the key changer is moving up another hall step so if you select +2 the key changer moves the song up 3 half steps instead of 2 and if you select +3 it then moves it up 4 half steps and so on. Only the +1 is working correctly.
I then opened 3.40 to test this and the key changes were correct in 3.4 but did not always match with 4.03. If i restarted hoster then it would sometimes correct itself. I then tested this against my grand piano and a virtual online piano and got the same results. This is occuring when moving down in halfsteps as well.I also had 4 songs out of sync during the night and had to restart to correct this. I am giving up on 4.03 it is too inconsistent and unstable to use and not worth all these problems for this new display. I am sticking with 3.4 I have all the updates including my video drivers and am using windows vista Sp1:m:m:m:f:f:f

James,

My first version was 4.03. I migrated from a RSQ 500 machine and the key changes are completely different. My minus 4 keys are now 2 or 3. I thought this was just the difference between the machine and Hoster. They should work on a fix for this problem.
