The Real Problem
 

Most other karaoke programs out there are "what you get is what you've got."

If MTU is to be blamed for anything , it's letting all of us KJ's have so much influence and input into their product. Sometime when you have the time, read back through the "New Hoster Feature Requests." You'll be surprised at just how much we have asked for over the past few years and how hard MTU has worked at trying to make everybody happy. Sometimes we forget that you CAN'T make everyone happy. And having Microsoft to deal with doesn't make it any easier.

I firmly believe if MTU had done everything that everyone has asked them to do; we would all be out of business as KJ's. They would have ended up with a product so complete, that the club and bars owners could push a button and it would even supply it's own KJ.

I wished all companies allowed as much input into their products as does MTU.

i second that, not like other products out there, you get a 30 day product support, in mtu you have a lifetime support ( where else can you get that ! )
