Installing Hoster 3.310

Hello,

We just purchased a 2nd computer and I want to install Hoster 3.31 on it as a 2nd rig. In time we plan to upgrade to 4.X but I wanted to 3.31 running on the 2nd first. Well I run the program from the CD we purchased from MTU with our ruggadized laptop and I put my registration code in and get the message that acording to their records this program has already been installed on two computers. I have not installed it on any computers ans assume one was installed with my laptop.

What am I doing wrong?

I have logged a support question on this already. It's been almost 48 hours so support may get back to me before the end of the day but I thought I would ask here too just in case someone else has already had this issue.

Thanks
Randy Highsmith

This is a registration problem and Support will have to correct it. Since you put a ticket in then they will fix it, but it may be a few days. There is only one person doing that and they are swamped right now trying to get 4.03 ready to go.
Did you receive a confirmation email after you sent the ticket in?
Is the new computer Vista by any chance? If so 3.310 will not work on it and you will need to wait until you upgrade.

Downgrade?

Most of us think Vista is the Downgrade!
