Installing Hoster 3.310
 
Hello,

We just purchased a 2nd computer and I want to install Hoster 3.31 on it as a 2nd rig. In time we plan to upgrade to 4.X but I wanted to 3.31 running on the 2nd first. Well I run the program from the CD we purchased from MTU with our ruggadized laptop and I put my registration code in and get the message that acording to their records this program has already been installed on two computers. I have not installed it on any computers ans assume one was installed with my laptop.

What am I doing wrong?

I have logged a support question on this already. It's been almost 48 hours so support may get back to me before the end of the day but I thought I would ask here too just in case someone else has already had this issue.

It is a registration code issue and Support will have to correct it. Since you have already put a ticket in then you will have to wait for them. Did you get a confirmation email back after you submitted the ticket? If not check your spam folder to see if it is there and also make sure MTU is in your allowed emails.
