Moving KMA

I have a new 500Gb drive F: When I move the MTU/KMA files to it the program still looks for the songs on drive C: How do I fix it so that the program finds the songs on drive F:?
rcbill@suddenlink.net or bpoelks1408@wvdsl.net
THANKS!!!

Also, you'll need to make sure that every time you hook up that HD to That computer it is read as the "F" drive. There is a way to permanently set the HD to "F" so as to avoid this problem. I can't remember exactly how, but perhaps someone else can jump in here and help you do that as well.

Unless the KMA's are in a folder on the F drive in which case you'll need to select the folder on F drive

I have reinstalled the program and set drive F:\ as the user but the program still looks for the songs on drive C:\. Is there a better way to rebuild the database or did I do it wrong?

Open Hoster. Go to Tools/ Rebuild Database.
When the window opens at the top are two buttons (Add Folder and Delete Folder). Highlight the C: drive line by clicking once on it. then click the Delete Folder Button. That will get rid of the C drive location.
Then click on the Add Folder button and choose the F:\ drive folder where your KMA files are located (you have to open the folder in this window). That will set the new folder as the location for Hoster to look for your files.
Then click on the Rebuild button at the bottom and wait for it to finish.
