All seems welll until I try to tramsmit the Reg.# I then get a message telling me that "You can install this program on 2 different products" Can you help me with this? If it has already been installed on two computers other than the one you are trying to put it on, you will have to start a support ticket and let them know what's going on.

You are cleared for install. Your conversion around December 12, 2007 to your new computer was the cause.

Reinstallation

Yor are so right, Iwas given permition to reinstall Houster Pro and all of it's files. When I first tried to install them, I could only install Houster. I sent you another note and was approved to install the remaining programs. Everything went well until I got to the last program (mstudio3001setup.exe). When I tried to install it a popup appeared telling me that I had installed the program 2 times.

Can you please help, so I can then move my version of HosterLite to my backup laptop. The one that had a hard drive failure last year when this whole mess started.

Thanks so much for your help,
Roger Christian
