No Registration # for Hoster3321 on Order for the upgrade.
:? :? On 4/21/08 I order upgrades for Hoster3321 & Micro studies4006. I down loaded both programs that night. I installed MS4006 and used new Reg. # and every thing was fine. But when I tried to install Hoster3321, the Reg.# was not there. It just had the word (upgade) in it's place and system will not take it. On 4/22/08 I posted problem to support and got a (ticket#) on 4/25/08. At this time I am still waiting for my new Reg.# for Hoster3321 that payed for on 4/21/08.:m :m :m

Go to http://mtu.com and click on "Log In". Be sure to use the email address you gave MTU when you ordered the programs. Your registration numbers are always available to you through your account. If you don't have an account, create one. :w
I Hope This Helps. Jim :g |
You state you ordered the upgrade, so did you have a previous version of Hoster already on your computer? If yes, and you are upgrading from an older version, do as Jim states, and log in to your account at mtu.com and you should find your reg.code there, it should use the same reg.code as the original Hoster on your computer. If you don't have Hoster already on your computer, then the upgrade will not install, you need to order the full program.
Hope this helps, Flip |

This is from the top of the Download Page: "NOTE: Special discount upgrade versions for returning Customers require a prior version be installed." Double check this for us. Thanks Jim :g |
Thanks Guys
I guess what screwed me up is I downloaded MS4006 first and for some reason it has to have a new Reg.#. Thinking I needed a new Reg.# I erased the old one. Will, as things will go, there is no other Reg.#s on my account except the new MS4006. This causes me another problem, it seems that the new Ms4006 has caused my other older programs not to come up. They say that my #s don't match. By the way, I was upgrading from Hoster2219. I found my Reg.# when I reloaded my old 2219. Hopefully that will work for the other programs. Again, THANKS GUYS :) :) :)

MTU changes the registratin numbers on major program versions like, 3.0, 4.0 ect... This is because they make major changes to the porgams as they grow. The upgrade you made on Micro Studio was to one of these versions so it has a new number. (Your old number still workks for the earlier versin of Micro Studio.)
The Hoster upgrade does NOT require a new number so install 3.319 then run the upgrade to 3.321. This should get you going. Jim :g |

I verified all your RegCodes are in your account, including your Hoster2200n Regcode. Since you did order the Hoster upgrade in April 2008, you CAN install 3.321 with your Hoster2200 RegCode. I saw you had attempted, try it again. You do need to have the 2.219 already installed to do an UPGRADE. Since we give an 80% discount on this upgrade, we also require that a prior version be installed so our registration scripts verify everyone installing has bought a FULL version in the past. The problem with your other programs now showing Serial Number mismatch is a result of UNINSTALLING Microstudio 2.6xx version. It has been proven to remove other MTU software data that causes the mismatch error. We fixed the problem about a year ago when it was identified. Reinstall the other programs again and this won't happen again. |
