Adding CDG

Is the cdg bug going to be fixed in 3.321? Haven't heard anything yet from MTU. I use this function everyday. It is frustrating re-starting program every few minutes.:? :? :?

I buy the songs my singers want to sing so they don't bring disc and these days I never load CDG's into Hoster. Probobly why I've never seen this bug. :r

MTU is 100% "Hoster 4.0" right now. Any fix will have to be made after 4.0 has been released (May 30th is looking like the release date, with fingers crossed).

If you have an earlier version of Hoster, you can unistall 3.321 and install it. (if you're using Vista, be carefull) Use the earlier version utill a patch is released.

The other option I see is after you load two CDG tracks, wait for an approriate time and close/reopen Hoster. This takes less than a minute but like you say, is a bit of a pain. :?

MTU is not ignoring you, they are very busy with 4.0. Hang in there. :w

I hope this helps.

I load 10 to 15 singer tracks almost every night and have never had an issue. I do know from experience over the years that occasionally I'll have a problem with an upgrade that no one else (or very few) will have, that goes away on the next upgrade for no apparent reason. Since CKaraoke and Dale seem to be the only ones with this problem I'm guessing this is one of those things.
