Unable to Re-install Microstudio - Support Ticket answers went to spam

Unable to Re-install Microstudio - Licensing Issue

6/17/11 This is my second request for support. I am coming close to the point where this will be a critical need and am hoping to have this matter resolved ASAP.

I had to re-initialize my hard drive due to a virus problem on the computer that contains the second licensee version of Microstudio (V 4.22). I am now attempting to re-establish the image as it was prior to re-init and have failed at my attempt to re-install Microstudio software due to licensing restrictions.

After realizing that I was probably NOT going to obtain the support needed to re-install Microstudio in support of timing constraints I had to revert to more reliable measures needed to accommodate requirements that could have been provided by MTU—if only I could have re-installed it back in July.

ADMIN ANSWER: As can be seen in a Post below, MTUSUPPORT did reply to the Support Tickets in a timely manner. They WERE going into Gwen's SPAM folder from AOL. This is a constant problem with AOL, who simply don't "follow the rules" and deliver non-spam emails correctly. :r

Now that I am no longer in the "stress mode" associated with having to recover from a devastating computer problem, I am now trying to figure out why I was unable to be successful at a process which, by all accounts, should have been something "simple to do".

Firstly, I use AOL mail and checked my spam folder repeatedly and "Yes" MTU mailings were being sent there. Secondly, I checked my AOL "blocked messages" folder and "NO" there was nothing there that would have redirected the delivery of any mail coming from MTU to my Spam Folder.

What is the suggested "next step"? I need to be able to re-install my second (licensed) version of Microstudio. Any and all support greatly appreciated.

Re: Third Time Around -Unable to Re-install Microstudio - Licensing Issue

First of registration problems can only be solved by submitting support tickets to reset your registration. Which you probably would need to do to reinstall if it wasn't uninstalled on line.
You are always advised to save a copy of the original installation file in a safe place as you can only re-download the later versions which in themselves will only remain down loadable for a limited times. There is no time restraint if you are loading your original installation file providing you enter your registration # correct and the original email you had at the time of purchase. If you no longer have the original installation file I think you would have to upgrade to a new version.
You should be able to find your registration and email used at time of purchase from your account page.

Thanks. I will submit a MTU support ticket.

I have already tried to re-install the original version of the software, that is when I encountered the original "licensing" issue reported back in June.

Thanks again for your response,
