Cannot start MicroStudio - error message - cannot fix
 
I reinstalled my operating system and now MicroStudio will not start. I get an error message:

"Your serial number does not match your registration information. Please reinstall MicroStudio and try again."

Reinstalled MS more than once and it does not fix the problem. The program installs with no ability to add registration info.

Wrote tech support 4 days ago and they haven't even read the support ticket.

Because you re-installed your O/S Microstudio recognizes the computer as not being the same. This means you will have to wait until Support gets to your ticket and resets your registration. After they do I would recommend that you remove and re-install Microstudio. This will allow you to add or at least verify your registration number and will also refresh all files.
MTU's Support is only one person so sometimes it takes a while for him to get to all the tickets.

Uninstalled and reinstalled the program and it now loads. Thank you.
