Problem with getting kma list
I go to Create Song Books, Select Viewer...Location C;\\Program Files (x86)\\Microsoft Office\\Office 12\\WINDOWS EXE. When I click Create, it comes up with a box that says Finished... New Artist Songbook created with 0 entries. I have MTU .kma\'s on Drive D, not C, could that be the problem? I\'m using Office 2007 on Windows 10. Hoster 6.01.02. I can\'t figure out what I\'m doing wrong. I would appreciate any help.
Thanks, Ernie |
Re: Problem with getting kma list
Ernie, the only think I can think of is to make sure on your \"Create
Songbook\" screen you have the proper boxes ticked. It sounds like you have left out something in your setup. Maybe a screen shot of your setup would help pin point the problem.:? |

There are a couple of things that I can think of that will make it come up with zero results.
1) do you have the Use excluded items box ticked ? If so make sure that you only tick the boxes for things you don’t want to print. For example if you expand the Type selection only tick boxes for Audio & video Do not tick Karaoke Do not tick any Language or Genre. The tick boxes are for items you don’t want to print. 2) The limit from dates boxes. This should default to your earliest entries to todays date. If you limit this to a date later, it will only print entries that were imported after that date. I attach a screenshot of my own Songbook setup. The location box in black refers to where the data file is stored, nothing to do with the drive your KMA files are on. |
