repaired laptop by Teamknowhow Currys in the UK
 

Dear sir
i have a Dell Inspiron 3000 Rs serial number 47VSZX2 and due to the last microsoft update corrupting the bios of the said laptop
the repair people at Teamknowhow have reinstalled the windows 10 operating system hence wiping all previous softwares installed.

i cannot use the remove option and reinstall as i dont have the downloaded files any more.
can you please allow me to down load the latest version and reinstall again

i put in a support ticket 2 days ago but i have not had a reply as it states tickets are usually answered within 24 hrs.
however due to covid they might be short staffed
