MicroStudio 2.517

:) Hello folks,

It's been quite some time I haven't enter this Forum but I am glad that it's there..

Anyway here's my problem, I never did install a Firewall before to protect me from getting hack however now I have one but I had to redo three or four times my entire PC configuration and everytime I come to install MicroStudio 2.517 , I get a message stating: " That's is already registered under another Computer name " which my PC is the same just the computer name change when I redid my PC configuration when I had install Windows. I did send three or four emails directly to Doug Cox but I never had any response from him and it's been @ least 1 month now. So is Doug Cox left MTU or what? I need somebody that can help me resolve my problem?

Thanks!
Denis Auger

Send an e-mail to support@mtu.com with the subject "MTU Contact page request" and body "This is a support question from a visitor or MTU product owner." Supply them with your order ID and your original e-mail address; I forwarded my order e-mail. They have posted on their sites & in the forum: "DO NOT assume that because you sent us an email, that we received it, or that you received our emails. Less than 40% of valid emails are being delivered today!" because of anti-spam filters.

They got back to me really quickly from there after my computer crashed (and crashed, and...) :)

Denis,
I will be emailing the webmaster to delete this for you. Please always post this in the Critical forums, this is where this problem is fixed the fastest. If you are emailing sales, it will get lost and then finally get to me.

Post it here next time and it will be fixed: http://forum.mtu.com/forumdisplay.php?f=84
