HELP error installing
 
I just purchased an upgrade to microstudio... (my computer crashed) I tried to install it & i keep getting an error message. -----An error (-5004 : 0x80070005) has occurred while running the setup.

Please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other applications. If the error still occurs, please contact your vendor.: Micro Technology Unlimited & when I click detail it says this :

This means that the version of Windows that you are running doesn't have the updates needed by Installshield.

Go to the Start Menu and click Windows Update.

Download all of the Windows updates for your computer.

Then reinstall Microstudio. It should install and work.
