Can't Re-Install KHPro
 
Hello,
I recently switched my verizon dls service to Verizon FIOS. (Fiber Optic & Wireless Router.)
Now KHPro won't open. I uninstalled it. thinking something became corrupt.
Now I can't Re-install it. Message states that khpro can only be used on 2 computers.
Two Computers? I only have One Computer!

Strange thing is, Microstudios and Vogone works fine. What's Going On?
I filled out the Support Email Web Form and it's been Days... No Reply.

I'm a long time customer, with many Upgrades. I've purchased the Certified Burner and MTU Disc.

Sorry for posting this on the wrong forum.

Submit a ticket to support using the Web Email Form. They'll get you back on track.

Be sure to use the email address you gave them when you bought the program. This is one of the precautions they take to keep your copies of the program from being pirated.

Thanks again madjim,
I've had many upgrades before. I'm not new. I'm a long time customer.
I'm well aware of the steps to take to upgrade and contact support!
I can't figure out why Microstudios and Vogone works but not KHPro.
