Program crash...with Vista?

I have the latest version on Microstudio and every now and then after loading in the artist and song name when I start the conversion the program crashes. I run Vista....does anyone now what this might be??

I am new to Microstudio, is there a way the modify how the files are named? I have a few programs that I use and all of them so far give me the options to name my file to my needs. I really like Microstudio it's awsome!

Since you answered the question by MTUSupport about using 64 Bit Vista and no one using the 32 bit Vista versions is having this problem, then I'll leave this one to MTUSupport.

Yes you can, by going to Tools/Define Field Order you can set the order and what items are included in the filename.

Thanks on the tip. I guess I will have to wait until MTU comes up with a patch. I think it is something to do with memory (??), becouse if I shut it down after every rip and restart I havce no issues.

The only thing I see under Tools is...

Default Drives
Default Folder
Record Settings
Enable Data Base lookup
Audio Controls
Playback offset

??
any other ideas

Then you don't have the latest version, which is 4.003
Upgrade and you will have it.:g

Another dumb question for ya.....I guess I have 4.002. Do I have to re-purchase the program. Reason I ask is I just bought this a few months ago.

No that is a free upgrade. Open the program, go to Help/Check for Updates. That will take you to the download.
