It says I can purchase an adapter through your company for $ 32.00 please tell me where to find it. I've searched the product list and it's not there.

Karaoke Dan,
We no longer sell this item. You can purchase this from Bestbuy or any other computer store around your city.

The one that I recommend is the Linksys USB 200M.

LinkSys

Is this compatible with all computers? I've already spent a lot of money on the equiptment and I don't want to waste my time or money. I'm ready for this to work or be returned.

Forgive me for giving you a news announcement

We have been working hard all year on upgrading Karaoke Pro 4.008 to version 5.000. Our programmer has been very ill recently and could not work at all. He is back on KPro and hopes to get us a new version for testing by the end of this week.

This is a massive upgrade, that will probably be priced at $149 retail, not the $89.95 you paid (or less if you purchased the Karaoke Suite 4 package deal).

Now, KPro 5 uses our advanced Microsafe security that will NOT require a MACID to install. Thus, if you want to upgrade, buying an ethernet USB or other network card may not make sense. However, given the problems you are having, I can understand if you don't want to consider upgrading.

The upgrade will cost, but existing customers will be offered a substantial savings, with recent customers like yourself receiving a higher discount to upgrade.

If you cannot get operational, and want a refund, just let me know by clicking the PM button below and telling me your desires, and I will honor them. However, you would miss out on the discount to upgrade should you want the newest version. :f
