No idea why you're having a problem, or getting KMA and BIN as KHP export options. Looks like you're confusing the different products.

Karaoke Home Producer only exports a finished project to CDG.

When you're through with the project, you click FILE and the only export option available is EXPORT TO CDG. It is greyed out but still visible until the project is completed..

Suggest a short tour through the manual.

George, the new upgrade to Kpro (4.105)has that option - to export to bin or kma.

His question is after it is exported in bin how do you import/burn it in microstudio.

In the microstudio burn tab ---add track from Hard Drive

On "Files of type:" you need to specify whether is is bin or cdg format. There is a pop down menu.

You will need to have the most recent versoin of microstudio for this.

Thanks.

That being the case it would seem one could simply re-open the KPR file in Khp and export it to CDG to burn to a disc with Microstudio.

Exporting doesn't (or never did) delete the KPR file.

True, that doesn't delete the kpr file. But the new version does not allow to export in the CDG format, only bin or kma. I can see why StevenRX could have been confused. I was as first until I noticed the drop down box in Microstudio had the two options, CDG or Bin.

All that needs to be done then is to export to BIN, then change the extension on the file to .CDG and burn to disc or for that matter just burn the .BIN files to a cd as most cdg players will play either CDG or BIN.

Since I use CDG I just tested that by changing a CDG to BIN and burning it to a cd. It played fine in my Sony player.

This will work.
