I downloaded microstudio V2013 but can't activate the program. When I put in the email and serial# it shuts down. I used the email and serial# you originally sent me.

Make sure there are no spaces or tabs in the email and serial number fields. This is the usual problem when installation fails.

I made sure there were no spaces or tabs in both fields. It still takes me back to my desktop without authorizing installation of the problem

Did you have Microstudio V1.0 or V2.0 earlier? If you had 1.0 the serial number will not work for 2.0. :w

I did have microstudio V1 Will be hoping that was the problem Thanks

Thanks so much. The V1 codes will not unlock the V2 microstudio program. My program is now up and running.
