error failed to open avi file
 
hello i receive: error failed to open avi file when i try to save any of my new song .kma file my khp version is 4.11 two day ago i made 3 new karaoke song and no problem there is not any new software installed. my windows is xp pro 2 gig ram and enough space to run any application is up to date i uninstall 2 time the khp software restart the pc and reinstall the software and the problem still.:m

I have a problem understanding this. KHPro does not use or save AVI or any video file types nor does it have anything to do with AVI settings of any kind.

I have never heard of this, but then I don't save my files as KMA either. I would suggest you put in a Support Email Ticket from the main web site. In the mean time try saving in another format such as BIN to see if it will work.
Be sure to let them know what Operating System you are using. And tell them exactly what you were doing when you got the error.
