Ticket 51 days old not answered
I left a ticket 51 days ago letting support know that I messed up with the reg code of the registration that I needed reset. I still have not heard back from support. What happened? You guy used to be so good at getting things fixed. I have one computer up and running that I actually have to renew my upgrade for to upgrade to the latest version. Intend on doing so next month.
But I like my backup laptop to be running the same software if possible. |

Have you tried re installing since sending the support ticket ?

It should work now. I do not see any information in those tickets, as ot which code though. If it does not work please let us know. Your Ticket was stuck in spam, hence why there was no answer yet. |
