Help Computer fryed Submit ticket but no response from MTU
 

Hi all need some help, my computer fryed and I have only the backup laptop, all ready got one new laptop so I can install the software however when I try to install it it tell me that I reach the maximum times I can install the program, I try to send the ticket so I can remove my old computer but I never received any response not even a ticket. Are this feature is working on the website? I all ready try like 3 times and with no response from MTU. Please help I have a show this weekend and need to use this computer.
