Can't save file in Keyrite
We bought Kpro and love the programs. The only thing wrong is that I can't get Keyrite to save the file after lowering the key. It works exactly the way the manual said do it, but I can't seem to save the file so that I can write it. My Vogone is the same way. It won't save but the other two programs work perfectly. If anyone knows of a way to fix please let me know.
Thanks, Tina |
Re: Can't save file in Keyrite
Keywrite--
After you get the desired key. 1-Stop preview play 2-Click Select Output File 3-Name the file: If the input file including the address of the location folder where the song is stored is:(substitute your folder name in place of Songlist) C:\songlist\heart of glass.wav then change it to create the output file. What I do is double click on the input file and add a -K after the title and before the file extension so I can tell it's the keyed file. It then would read : C:\songlist\heart of glass-k.wav 4-Click on Write File 5- Click Yes at pop up Vogone is essentially the same. Hope this helps George |

Make sure you are not trying to save to a CDROM/CDR drive. You can only save to a hard drive.

Re: Can't save file in Keyrite
George,
Thank you, Thank you. One little step I wasn't taking and you pointed it out to me and it works great. Now I can play.:) I have visited the forums before and seen where you had helped a lot of people. I was hoping you'd answer my call of help. Thanks again for helping. You guys are the bomb. I have never enjoyed a program so much as I do these. I wish I had known about mtu years ago before my cd+g's had gotten so bad. I have been able to fix a lot of them with these programs. Have a wonderful day and Thanks for the quick reply. Tina |
