How About The Plextor PX-716UF

I hope this drive is supported. I spent $235.00 on it. Please tell me it'll burn copies of my cd&g's. I have been unsuccessful up until now.

Microstudio 2.610 version supports this drive with CDG format discs. Is that the software and version you are using?

I appreciate you answering both of my concerns..i'm not so worried about the CAVS recording as i am making backup copies of my cd&g's..that was my original intent..i intend to order your Microstudio software to make these copies and will also order the recommended blank discs..thanks again

I have a gift card for one of the local electronic stores and need a new cd+g recorder. My orginial plextor from MTU finally gave out. Im looking at the px-716a/sw ..previous close post says the drivers are not in yet and would be Feb or March. have they made it yet?

I have this drive and it works ok in the new macrostudio, I cant get it to work with the hoster 3.000. howevever at first I tried a copy with microstudio and it didnt work, it was a media problem not the drive. I used maxell music and it didnt work I tried my AT&T media and it did. I just hope I can get it to work with hoster now.

You must download the latest version of Hoster to get it to work, this is currently 3.108, and it does work.
