No Email for New Serial Number
 
I sent in my request for the upgrade serial number on the 15th and still do not have it. I see that several others have already downloaded the new version. Can someone tell me how long they waited to get thier number? Should I try it again?

The 15th was a Saturday!
 
We state that we do not generate Serial Numbers over the weekend. Also, Raleigh got iced in and we could not get to the office today. We are behind in sending out the free serial numbers. It takes us about 10 minutes to verify and generate each one, so it is a time consuming task. Please forgive our tardyness. We are working on them. :s

If you don't have it tomorrow, email dougd@mtu.com with who you are (first-last name and the email address you purchased with from our store) and that you don't have your new KPro Serial Number. It is possible that something got lost, but since we use web submission, that "should be" unlikely. :w

Still No Number
 
I email the info to Doug as requested in the previous reply.
I just wanted to make sure my original request went through. I realize bad weather has slowed things, but I see a lot of others that have already downloaded the new version. Maybe I just can't wait to see the improvements ya'll have made.

Serial Number
 
Of course you emailed me my new serial number. I had no doubt MTU would come through for me. Ya'll (southern thing) have never failed me yet. I have successfully downloaded the new program and have been busy busy busy.
