ok It says to get my free upgrade goto my account. I did, no free upgrade was found ???? Once again am i an idiot or is there something I just don't understand ?

I have KH Producer version 3.100 and i have upgraded at a diferent time to 4.0 but my computer crashed but i have the code to activate it but don,t know how to go abought getting it back because the down load is just a demmo version so how do i go abought getting it back will you please let me know if you would please. thank and i will be waiting for yout answer.

Both of you need to post your problems with getting downloads separately in the critical registration forum, so MTUSupport will see it and try to fix the problem.
