We can't identify you

First, go to the Forums and click the "user cp" button at the top.

Then, click the Edit Email button, and change your email to what you have used to purchase from MTU with. Your email is SAFE and cannot be seen from a spammer or their "mining robots". However, without that we can't identify you as an ower.

Once you have changed your email, post back here and we'll look again how to help you.

Second, I would reboot your computer again (turning it off and back on will do this). I find it hard to believe that HP can reinstall your Windows over the Internet. The MTU programs may still be installed and able to run.

Third, our download instructions say VERY CLEARLY at the VERY TOP before you get to your download links...

"SAVE MONEY! Right after you download the Installation Program below, IMMEDIATELY make a backup copy of it on a CDROM. Also save this email in a safe place. If you loose it, you must purchase the $15 product upgrade from our store. We cannot create your Registration Code again."

I guess you didn't want to save money? :? :? :?

If we have your back download emails, we'll help you. If not, you need to reorder them as we cannot regenerate them. :s
