John, please do not post your unique problems under someone else's thread. We ONLY answer the original thread "owner's" message.

We need to know what error message you are seeing so we can address your problem.

I must apologize. The Vogone 3.104 (FULL release) file we made available for download turned out to be a bad file. :s

The Vogone Lite and the Demo are the correct files. So these do not need to be downloaded and installed again if you are using the Lite version.

If you go to your store download link, it will now deliver the corrected file.

Our Vogone Upgrade page will have a corrected vogone3104setup.exe available by 7:00PM EST 5-29-07.

I have been trying to get help by contacting support... That is impossable it seems. The number I was given I have placed in the Title section. My problem is the code number does not match. :?

I don't know where you got that number but it isn't a US number. Try reading this page for support:
