Update on songbook problems (please read)
 

Hello Everyone,

I have got 20000 KMA files with two of three versions variations of certain songs of which 13000 are not repeated. When I create my songbook hoster puts in all of the 20000 songs into word. However I only want to show the 13000 because it makes the book smaller, look better. So I went into word seperately from hoster and edited the file so that I had one version of each song. However when I come to sort (alphabetically) some of the words with a apostrophe ( ' ) do not follow in alphabetical order.


Secondly the song ID sometimes does not align properly for example:

aaaaaaa.........1235
aaaaaaa.....1234 <<< when i try and space
aaaaaaa.........1233 to push it across it just drops it down...

Finally I'm wondering is MTU has changed the songbook with hoster because my artists used to be italicized but now with the new version they are not and personally I do not think this looks as professional. For example.

Blue Sued Shoes (- Elvis Presley) when I create my songbook with the new versions the hyphen and italics is missing, is there anyway I can change just the artists to italics without going through my book one song at a time.

I just wondered if there's any suggestions on how to fix these problems. Or if anyone is experiencing simliar problems in songbook.
