Are Plextor PX-800A or PX-810SA CD+G Capable?

Are the Plextor PX-800A or PX-810SA CD+G capable and if so are they supported by MTU products?

Plextor has stated that they are no longer certifying their drives as CDG. That was after the PX-760. MTU switched to an NEC drive that they sell at that point.
Bottom line is the only way your going to find out if it will handle it is plug one in and try it.:g

What NEC drive is MTU using?

I don't remember the exact model.
Since MTU changed the way Hoster addresses the drives more are usuable than before because it no longer needs a specific driver for each.
The best way to tell if your drive will work is to download the Demo and test your drives to see if they can read the CDG format.
