Cannot Get Vogone Upgrade to Work
 

I just downloaded the upgrade link for Vogone 2.210. It installs but no where during install does it ask for my Email address or Registration number. When trying to execute the program I get the following message: "Your serial number does not match your registration information. Please reinstall Vogone and try again."

I am having this same problem with my KHPro 4.103 upgrade. I have downloaded the instructions and believe I have followed it properly.

Help!

Remove the old versions
 

LaurieHurst, I'm sorry you are having problems.

I think what you need to do is first select the REMOVE option (Modify-Repair-Remove) in the Installation program. Then, run the Install program again and it will install the new versions.

Post back here if that does not solve your problems and we'll dig deeper. :w
