After following all the install procedures, when I clicked on the Microstudio Icon to start the program, I recieved this error message

Microstudio caused an invalid page fault in module Microstudio.exe at 0167:0040bd0c

What is wrong?

To give us diagnostic information about your computer using the DXDIAG.EXE program, please do the following:

<li> Click the <b>Start Menu</b>/<b>Run</b> command
<li> Type in <b>DXDIAG</b> and click the Ok Button
<li> This will open the DirectX Diagnostic Tool
<li> Click on the <b>Save all Information</b> button at the bottom
<li> This will display a <b>Save as</b> dialog box
<li> Change the <b>Save in</b> directory to C:\My Documents <li> Change the filename to <b>Yourfirst-lastname-dxdiag.txt</b>

Please attach this file to an email and send it to support@mtu.com with the Subject "DXDIAG from Yourfirstname Yourlastname".
