upgrading Priddis cassettes to CD

Has anyone heard of http://www.entitle.com?
They offer low cost upgrades from cassettes to CDs for Priddis karaoke products. You can't buy stuff you don't own because you apparently have to send in your old product to get the new product inexpensively.
I have several tapes I want to upgrade to CD. Does anyone have any experience with Entitle?

About a month ago, I traded in two Priddis cassettes for CDGs. The transaction went smoothly and it was cheap.

I recommend Entitle.
