I've just purchased Songverter clicking the 29.99 link and was charged 39.99. Please can you rectify and credit my Visacard 10.00:?

You need to go to the Support Help on the website and send a web-email ticket. There is a place on it to mark it for Sales. Sounds like this may be more than just you unless they fix it quick.

I have already forwarded my notice of this Thread to our Office Manager to issue you a credit.

Eric, can you tell me the URL of the page you found the $29.99 price on?

Other users are ordering and receiving their discount so I don't think it is our store.

Finally... after months and months, we have our new store cut over. Basicsally, we hid the store, and just use the cart! :c

That's what I clicked on the 29.99 and added it to the cart and was charged the full amount of 39.99.

I personally just received my e-mail discount offer this week on 8/28 and was told it was only good through today. It was the only way I could find to get the 29.99 price in my shopping cart. Additionally, see my response to runtime errors encountered in this product. MTU's refund policy has changed to "no refunds" as well.
