New Laptop
My old laptop bit the dust after a couple of tries to rescue it. my copy of Microstudio wasn\'t able to be removed from the first two crashes. tried putting in a ticket but never received any communication on it. I have new discs that I am getting today and would rather use Microstudio because of its superior database of disc info.

Did you get an auto reply confirmation of your ticket ?
If not check your spam folder.

When did you put it in ?

I did it it twice but checked spam nothing came through.

Okay I submitted another ticket. so far no email confirming the submission. is it possible the ticket creating is broken.
