Effects despite program??
 

From the threads I have been reading, there are many formats playable on the computer, but not all of them are supported by Hoster, YET.

Is there a software that allows you to change the effects of your sound environment (pitch, reverberation etc.) without worrying about what program is actually playing the song? This would seem to be a quick fix for some of the problems I see out there?
