Internet too busy message?

I just purchased Microstudio. I was looking so forward to getting somethings done. Maybe somebody out there can help me. I keep getting, "The internet is too busy or the connection has been dropped."

This is occuring during the registration. Can someone help me get started.:f

Try again, you were able to post.

If it still gives you the same message, try shutting off any internet security program you may have installed, just long enought to see if the registration may go through.

Norton Internet Security usually gives an opportunity to set up a protocol for MTU transmissions. Perhaps yours (if any) is just blocking an unknown source.

Far out guess, but who knows?

Having the same problem trying upgrade my hoster. Something is going on maybe with MTU's server. I can surf and email but yet MTU site says I am having internet problems. Read on another forum that strange issues are going on this weekend.

Keep trying. I don't think it is our server.

I've just done some upgrades to the web site, so I know we are up. The Registration script is on the same server as MTU.com.

Still having problems. 2 days now. Same registration error. "Something wrong with your registration. Read below how to fix it." Then it goes on saying internet busy or connection dropped. I sent in a ticket.

no connection.

Recomended Microstudio to a friend last night. Bought it and tried to install. same problem as others "too busy". Tried to install on one of my own computers and now it wants to intall using floppy disc, like i don't have an internet connection "but I do". Continued with floppy and moved to another computer to get activation and said "computer was unable to connect to the internet" It is connected. Don't know if any of this will help, but sure would like to get it installed.

I "admin" am at fault. I changed our web site Navigation from the scrolling vertical box to a horizontal bar at the page top. When I uploaded everything, I accidentally uploaded an old copy of our registration script. This broke all registrations for all products from about Saturday May 26th around 2:47PM until Tuesday morning.

I am truly sorry for this mistake. All is up and running now. :s
