Problem
 
I have purchased in the past KPro and the other programs. I recently tried using them and they won't work. "Serial # does not match reg. code. I had talked to Doug right after "Katrina" and he said things would be fixed for me since I lost 3 computers to the storm. It is installed on this one but won't work. Had it since a week after storm...............Any suggestions?
Same thing with Vogone Songverter Keyrite
MusicStudio & Hoster working fine............

Re-install those programs that have this error. Use the "Upgrade" install and you should not have any problem installing. That will reset the registration code within the computer which is where the problem is.
